Managing Migration

As technology advances rapidly across the globe, World of Coca-Cola approached us in 2021 with a request to migrate their WordPress site onto Adobe Experience Manager 6.4. In 2022, they were ready to take the next step and transition to AEM Cloud, turning to us once again. The primary objectives were to simplify the ticket-buying experience and enhance the site’s functionality through a streamlined process. However, we took the assignment a step further. Leveraging our extensive AEM knowledge and our designers’ deep understanding of user flow, we were entrusted not only with one, but with two AEM migrations, along with the continuous improvement of their site.

The first step was to develop components in the new AEM environment while improving functionality and refining visuals based on the previous iteration of the site. World of Coca-Cola had its own spot in AEM 6.4, keeping it autonomous and separate from the other brands, but quickly became the first to move up into the speedy AEM Cloud. Somewhere along the way, we sought to improve ticket sales and consumer understanding of the establishment’s hours; this resulted in a reported decrease of customer service center calls demonstrating that our lucid visual experience and clean interface helps customers get the answers they need faster.

These exhibits are constantly evolving, ensuring that visitors can always expect something new and exciting.

Among the highlights of the museum are exhibits that explore the secret formula behind Coca-Cola and a 3D movie following the adventures of a daring scientist and his assistant as they try to uncover the secret for themselves. Additionally, visitors can indulge in a sensory journey as they taste 60+ unique Coca-Cola flavors from around the world.
